Scope. These terms are an agreement between you and the Sakura Motion Project regarding your use of this website and official Sakura Motion Project platforms, including this website, source code repositories, issue trackers, forums, and chat portals (the "Services").

Content. The content on the Services may include software, documentation, example project files, and related discussions (the "Content"). Some of this content may be user-generated content not from the Sakura Motion Project. The Sakura Motion Project is not responsible for and makes no guarantees about user-generated content; however, the Sakura Motion Project reserves the right to remove user-generated content and restrict the ability to submit such content at its sole discretion. User-generated content may be reproduced as necessary to provide the Services.

Privacy. On this website, the Sakura Motion Project may collect standard web server logs or use first-party analytics to monitor the performance of this website. These logs may include the country of origin, IP addresses, and browser user agents. The Sakura Motion Project is not responsible for and does not guarantee anything about the terms and privacy policies of third parties, even if certain content is officially hosted on third party platforms.

Intellectual Property. "Sakura2D", "Sakura Motion", and "Sakura2D Purism" are trademarks of the Sakura Motion Project. Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. When software or other resources are provided for download by the Sakura Motion Project through the Services, relevant license documentation will be supplied with the downloaded resource.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability. The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Sakura Motion Project be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Services or other dealings in the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms. You and the Sakura Motion Project agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona for any disputes arising out of or related to the Services, the Content, or these terms.

Primacy. These terms are the entire agreement between you and the Sakura Motion Project regarding the Services. In the case of conflict with a translated version of these terms, the English version will be the controlling version.

Survival. This section and the sections "Intellectual Property", "Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability", "Governing Law and Jurisdiction", "Primacy", and "General Provisions" survive the termination of these terms.

General Provisions. The Sakura Motion Project may revise these terms at any time; any revisions will be posted on this website and become effective the date of posting. If any portion of these terms are found unenforceable, the rest of these terms will remain in effect.
